This notice explains what happens to the details you send us. Lote — Promoção Imobiliária, Lda. is responsible for them — the “controller”, in the words of the GDPR.

What we collect. When you use the enquiry form: your name and email address and, if you give them, your phone number, the residence you’re asking about, what you’d like to do, your message, and whether you ticked “Send me news of future plots”.

Why. To answer your enquiry and arrange what you asked for, such as a viewing or sending plans. The legal basis is taking steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). News of future plots is sent only if you ticked the box — your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — and every message tells you how to stop it.

Who sees it. Inês Moura and Duarte Reis. The company that hosts this website and its form (Framer) and our email provider handle it for us under contract. We don’t sell your details or share them for advertising.

How long. We keep an enquiry for 24 months after we last hear from you, then delete it. If you buy from us, we keep what tax and property law require, for as long as they require it. News of future plots: until you ask us to stop.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable form; and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to viewings@lote.example and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados at cnpd.pt.
